Allah Pundit sifted through the latest Fox News poll that shows the bulk of American opinion says DRILL HERE, DRILL NOW, PAY LESS!

There’s no apples and apples comparison, unfortunately, to Rasmussen’s poll last week on offshore drilling; the closest Fox gets to that precise question is whether we should start drilling immediately “in the United States” — 76% say yes, including 71% of Democrats — and whether we should be drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, to which 77% say yes.

The thumbs up on ANWR is still only at 53%. This in my opinion is actually a good number considering the endless barage of extreme environmentalist/global warming preaching that has been coming from schools, music, movies, political pundits, and Madison Avenue for the last 5 years.

Question 51 concerned Nuclear power plants. I would have worded it differently, but it's on point and the response is in the positive:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 We get it, McCain gets it, Coleman gets it. Now we just have to convince the DFL and Team Pelosi. Of course if President Obama gets in, we will probably be back to burning yak patties and other carbon based fuel and wondering why the pollution is increasing again.
