Yesterday I took a look at President Bush's speech to the Knesset in Jerusalem. I found Barack Obama's claim tha President Bush was talking about him in the speech to be unreasonable. Today Mark Steyn reviews the evidence and comes to the same conclusion, but he has a bit more fun than I did in doing so:
Rejecting the utility of the kind of measures Barack Obama and friends advocate to deal with Hezbollah and Hamas, Steyn helpfully quotes the self-explanation of Hussein Massawi, the former leader of Hezbollah: "We are not fighting so that you will offer us something. We are fighting to eliminate you." |
