Tomorrow is the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the court decision that legalized abortion in the United States. MCCL (Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life) will be sponsoring a rally at 12 at the state capitol tomorrow in observance of the decision. Governor Tim Pawlenty and other pro-life legislators will be there. While I grew up going to pro-life rallies at the St. Paul capitol--and do believe marches and rallies have there place--there are other very effective ways to promote the cause of life. I wrote about it on National Review Online, today, here. |
