Sources tell GOP Convention Report that according to exit polls, Romney is up in Massachusetts, Delaware, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Montana and Utah. He is down in New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Arizona.

Romney and McCain are in a dead heat in the Big Gun, California.

Only time will tell.
