Republican Party Minnesota New Media Training
A few of us at True North are members of the New Media Committee for the Republican party and our planning has been leading up to training events to be held around the state. The first will be this Monday. Please make it if you can.
On Monday, November 30th, the State Party will be holding its first Communications and New Media Training for candidates and BPOUs. Dave Thompson will cover media relations and traditional media methods. Deputy Chair Michael Brodkorb will cover new media and campaigning in the 21st Century.
The training will begin at 7:00 p.m. and held at the Hampton Inn and Suites, located in Lino Lakes. While the information will be focused around campaigns, the strategies are easily transferred to both the Congressional Districts and BPOUs.
