News item: the Associated Press has reported that the American Civil Liberties Union filed a brief supporting U.S. Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho) in his airport restroom sex-sting case. According to the story, "a Minnesota Supreme Court ruling 38 years ago found that people who have sex in closed stalls in public restrooms 'have a reasonable expectation of privacy.'" With liberal churches, school boards, and left-leaning businesses making anti-Second Amendment political statements by posting signs that read, "WE BAN GUNS ON THESE PREMISES," the ACLU may force the rest of us to post signs that say, "WE BAN SEX ON THESE PREMISES." |
