I received an email today and something really strange happened. It had a link to the True North story about how US Senate candidate Kurt Bills is going to be stuck in a classroom in Rosemount every morning not campaigning across the state.

Right up my wheel house for one of my pithy, long winded screeds, and 'I told you so' rants from none other than yours' truly, right? That's where things got so weird.

Here's my response.

Yeah. Not a good looking decision politically but....

 

Not just the candidates have to work. Everyone has to volunteer, donate, and help out in order for us all to be successful. I was foolish to believe that I could sit back and others would step up. I'm now the CD6 Victory Center Coordinator. My biggest task yet in the MNGOP.

 

We all just need need to do more. Phone banks are opening. Door knocking. Lawn signs. LTEs. Donations. Lit drops. etc.

 

We can't lose any Congressional seats or [the] MN Legislature and we have to at least try to convince Minnesotans how big a waste Amy Klobuchar has been. She's collected around a million [dollars] in salary, has she earned it?

 

Its bad news, upsetting, not who I supported  shoulda woulda coulda.......

 

We have 69 days and tons of work to do in order to prevent President Obama a second term, Democrats taking the US House and keeping the US Senate, and for Governor Dayton to buy his Legislature (Note: On loan from Alida Messenger).

 

There's plenty of work including stuff candidates can't do.

 

Let's roll up our sleeves and make some lemonade. We can save the finger pointing until after the votes are all counted.

 

I'm recruiting for the calvary.
