The Minnesota Free Market Institute and its friends and colleagues are joining dozens of free market organizations throughout the United States and beyond to celebrate the ideas of Milton Friedman this week. The event is this Friday, July 29th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Marriott West (click here for all the details including how to RSVP).

Former policy fellow, King Banaian, is our guest speaker. Twila Brase is going to give us an update on healthcare issues. David Strom has returned to the fold as a policy fellow; he and Margaret Martin will be there. Your favorite radio personalities from these pages, Mitch Berg and Ed Morrisey, plan to be there (and maybe at Kip's afterwards) along with our friends from 1280 AM The Patriot. And talk host Sue Jeffers from KTalk is also coming--a star studded event!
