Local Blogger Offers New Book FREE
Jerry Lindberg, a friend and local blog contributor to Freedom Dogs and True North has penned a second novel, an e-book, "The Battle of Mayberry," an action/comedy which takes place in a small, fictional central Minnesota resort community. He creates a fictional town which is flash-frozen in time and space on A) opening day of deer hunting season and, B) the first day of a crippling blizzard and subsequent arctic freeze. All the elements of a comic/ironic tale are spun together in a manner which exposes and reveals the "wisdom" of Big Media and Big Government. The locals know right and wrong and act accordingly - but not in accord with the "wisdom" of our media and government overlords. It has a lot of social, faith and cultural implications readers of this blog will find in harmony with our own world-view.
